Operations

The Operations Department is responsible for implementing the corporate strategy of the CFCU, maintaining communication activities by protecting the corporate image and operating the information technology infrastructure. There are 3 sections within its structure.

Strategy and Planning 

The Strategy and Planning Section analyses national and international policies in the field of public project management and examines the potential public value and related opportunities available to the CFCU.

Information Technologies

The Information Technologies Section is responsible for the effective and secure use of information systems in the CFCU in order to ensure that the CFCU achieves its corporate goals and strategies.

Communication

The main duties of the Communication Section  can be summarized as maintaining and strengthening communication with other actors and stakeholders, managing the activities of the CFCU in a way to increase its visibility and awareness, and carrying out activities to increase the institutional awareness of the Unit for communication by keeping the internal communication strong and protecting the corporate image of the CFCU.
