Project Budget: The project budget is EUR 1.991.000, of which EUR 1.791.900 is European Union (EU) contribution and EUR 199.100 is National Contribution.

Project Duration: The project was implemented in the period 19 March 2019 - 18 December 2023. An implementation period of 30 months was initially envisaged for the project. However, as a result of necessary changes and extensions due to various reasons such as mandatory closures during the pandemic period, the project was completed in 57 months.

Project Activities: Within the scope of this project, of which our Unit is the first-time beneficiary, training/consultancy practices for the improvement of business processes, digitalisation of business processes and information management systems, development of cooperation with stakeholders and human resources management were successfully carried out.

Corporate Governance: The project also contributed to the restructuring of the Unit's organisational structure in line with good governance principles. In this context, CFCU Academy, Communication, Programming, Strategy and Planning units have been established to increase the efficiency and diversity of the products and services offered by the CFCU.

Competency Development: The PMP/CISA/PBA and nearly 30 other training and certification programmes provided within the scope of the project have increased the competence of our human resources, specialised in project management of international strategic public programmes, to effectively manage complex projects.

Digital Transformation: With the software support developed within the scope of the project, the programme and project application management system has been integrated and digitalised. Thus, an important infrastructure support has been provided in achieving Sustainable Working Environments and Zero Paper targets.
