Quality Assurance and Control Department (QACD) is responsible for ensuring a thorough and systematic review of the procurement/project management documents. QACD’s mission can be described as the quality control and assurance of CFCU activity in the context of procurement - controls and formal approval of all steps and documentation related to tendering and project management processes to guarantee the compliance with applicable legislation and procurement rules.
